TLC started as a seed idea and  combined vision from two Northland girls. Together they had noticed that for women in the Far North, travel and fundraising was necessary to attend any kind of ladies conference.

With a beautiful venue such as Coopers Beach Christian Camp in our local area all that was needed were a few more like-minded people to help make the idea a reality to create this amazing opportunity in our own backyard. As unity was a key foundation to this vision coming together, a small group of friends from multiple churches gathered around a cafe table to discuss this idea and as a result TLC was born.  

Seeing Christian women in the Far North as a whole being able to experience this opportunity and develop unity based on our common faith was also a necessary aspect to continue with this dream.

Our first TLC was in 2017 and we are excited as to how God will continue to use this dream to empower, inspire, encourage and unite the body of Christ here in the Far North.
